Green Named OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference has named Edison State Community College freshman Kylie Green (Kettering Fairmont HS) the OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week for October 27, 2025. This is her third honor in the final five weeks of the regular season. Her hot streak coincided with the Lady Chargers capping a flawless conference season to earn the program's first OCCAC championship. 

Green averaged 5.3 digs and 4.0 kills per set during three consecutive straight-set victories—including title-clinching road wins over the second- and third-place finishers, Cuyahoga and Lakeland. She posted double-doubles in victorious efforts over Wright State Lake (23 digs, 15 kills) and Cuyahoga (10 digs, 15 kills) with a 15-dig showing at Lakeland sandwiched in between. Green terminated a half-dozen kills against the Lakers as well.

The Lady Chargers finished the regular season 24-5 overall and 10-0 in the conference.
