Yukon Named OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) has named Edison State Community College sophomore Abby Yukon (Graham HS) an OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week for November 4-10, 2024.

Yukon was a highly efficient scorer, netting 36 points in just 47 minutes played during a pair of lopsided Lady Charger victories. The sophomore guard converted on 14-of-24 (58%) field goal attempts, including 2-of-4 from beyond the arc. She added eight rebounds, five steals, and three assists while committing a lone turnover.

Yukon is now a two-time honoree after also earning the accolade on December 25, 2023, as a freshman.

The Lady Chargers are currently 3-0 overall.
