The Edison State Community College women's basketball team overcame an 11 point deficit in the second half to defeat Sinclair Community College on the road 54-52 on Saturday afternoon.
Sydney Miller (Indian Lake HS) led the Chargers in scoring with 14 points. Brooke Hickey (Riverside HS) was a perfect 11 for 11 at the free-throw line and finished with 13 points. Riley Culver (Wapakoneta HS) had 11 rebounds.
Edison State improved to 13-6 overall and 4-4 in league play. Sinclair fell to 16-4.
The Chargers will return home to host Lorain Community College on Wednesday, February 1st at 5:30 p.m.
