The Edison State Community College softball team delivered an impressive offensive performance on Tuesday, April 21, defeating the University of Findlay JV, 11-1.
Jenna Dirksen led the way with a perfect 4-for-4 performance at the plate, including three doubles and a single, driving in multiple runs and setting the tone for the Lady Chargers' offense.

Edison State jumped out early, scoring three runs in the first inning behind RBI hits from Marissa Pine, Izzy Holp, and Emma Kamerer.
The Lady Chargers extended their lead in the second inning, as Dirksen doubled down the left field line and Holp added a sacrifice fly to push the advantage.
Edison State broke the game open in the third inning, scoring five runs on seven hits. Dirksen delivered a two-RBI double, while Mackenzie Byrne, Abigail Kadel, and Hannah Williams each contributed RBI hits during the inning.
