Pine Named OCCAC Softball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference has named Edison State Community College freshman Marissa Pine (Graham HS) the OCCAC Softball Position Player of the Week for April 14-20, 2025.

While Pine didn't take a break from earning wins on the mound (a 5-inning complete game in Game 2), she excelled at the dish by going 4-for-5 with four RBI and four runs scored in a doubleheader sweep over the University of Northwestern Ohio JV. Pine is now a four-time OCCAC weekly laurel recipient.

The Lady Chargers are currently 16-8 overall and 11-3 in the conference.
