Latham Named OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference has named Edison State Community College freshman Frank Latham (Winton Woods HS) the OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week for January 19-25, 2026.

Latham earns his second weekly accolade this season following two league wins over Owens and Cuyahoga. He was very efficient offensively, with a 67% (20-of-30) shooting performance—scoring 23 points at Owens and 21 more against Cuyahoga. Latham was extremely active with eight offensive rebounds and 14 overall. He added two blocks, an assist, and a steal to his week's stat line.

The Chargers are currently 12-7 overall and 7-2 in the conference.
