Edison State wasted no time setting the tone, erupting for 52 first-half points to take a 52-21 lead into the break. The Chargers continued to pour it on in the second half, scoring 57 more points while maintaining defensive pressure to secure the decisive victory.
Darian Leslie led all scorers with 26 points on an efficient 10-of-13 shooting, including four three-pointers. Malcolm Curry followed closely with 22 points, shooting 10-of-13 from the field, while Sir Cox added 11 points in limited minutes.
The Chargers showcased balanced scoring throughout the lineup, with Chylan Ingram contributing 12 points off the bench and Jagger Hutchins adding 10 points. Edison State shot 56.6% from the floor and 42.1% from three-point range, while forcing 18 turnovers.
With the win, Edison State continued its strong conference play momentum, improving to 8-6 overall and 4-1 in the conference. They look to build on the performance as the season progresses.
