Chargers Fall Short to Lakeland
The Edison State men’s basketball team lost to Lakeland Saturday afternoon 94-81.

The Edison State men's basketball team hosted Lakeland Saturday afternoon and seemed to have a shortage of energy as Lakeland Community College came out red hot. The Chargers made a few short runs, but could never sustain the Lakers. The Chargers are now 15-10 on the year.
Hadith Tiggs (Wayne HS) led all scorers with 19 points, followed by Darryl Robinson (Bowsher HS) who had 15 points. JaBryel Reed (Clark Montessori HS) had 13 points and Romello Yaqub (Troy HS) added 12 points.
The Chargers return to action next Wednesday as they host Hocking College at 7:30 p.m.
