The OCCAC named Byson Arthur, of Dublin, to the All-OCCAC First Team. The sophomore outfielder maintained a .464 batting average with five HRs, 35 RBI, and 24 SBs in conference action.
"Byson's selection to the All-OCCAC First Team is a proud moment for our program," said Athletics Director Justin McCulla. "His commitment, leadership, and high-level performance throughout the season exemplified what it means to be a student-athlete."
Joining Arthur on the All-OCCAC First Team is infielder Parker Shannon. The freshman from Beavercreek maintained a .729 batting average with four HRs, 20 RBI, and seven SBs in conference action. Additionally, the National Junior College Athletic Association included Shannon on the NCJAA Region XII Division II Baseball All-Region Team.
"Parker's relentless work ethic and leadership on the field earned him a spot on the All-OCCAC First Team and All-Region Team. These awards are a testament to his dedication, consistency, and impact," McCulla said.
The Chargers finished their season 12-26 overall and 9-16 in the OCCAC.
