Whisman Joins Edison State Baseball Program

The Edison State Community College baseball program is pleased to announce the signing of Centerville Elks starting OF Jake Whisman. 

"We're extremely excited to get Jake on board," said Edison State Head Coach Scott Jones.

"Jake comes from an outstanding baseball program that has produced a many college and professional players over a long period of time. Because Coach Whited and Coach Walls do a tremendous job, we know exactly what kind of player we are getting into our program," added Jones.

"The staff feels that with Jake's quality character and baseball ability that he will thrive at Edison State. Athletes that come from these types of programs make our jobs at the next level much easier."
