Edison State Community College Athletics has been named the 2021-22 Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) All-Sports Award recipient. This marks the Chargers’ second such accolade in the last three seasons after not competing due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-21.
Twenty-eight student-athletes from Edison State Community College have received Academic All-Conference honors from the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) for the Spring 2022 semester. To qualify, a student-athlete must have completed at least 12 credit hours with a 3.30 GPA.

The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) has named Edison State Community College sophomore Katelyn Sosby (Jackson Center HS) the NJCAA Division II Defensive Player of the Week for October 11–17, 2021.
The Ohio Community College Athletic Association (OCCAC) has named Edison State Community College sophomore Brianna Slusher (Troy HS) an OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week for August 23–29, 2021.
The Edison State Community College Athletic Department held its annual Student-Athlete Day on Monday, August 2, 2021, at the Piqua Campus. Held virtually last year, the kick-off event returned to an in-person format to help prepare student-athletes to participate in the upcoming volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball seasons.
