Cody Borchers and Karter Peck from Vandalia-Butler High School have signed their National Letter of Intent to join the Edison State Community College baseball team beginning in the 2020 season.

Cody Borchers (Pitcher)  Borchers had 9 K's in 6 innings of work before arm trouble hampered his junior season.

"Cody has a very live arm and throws a heavy ball, sitting 84-85 consistently," said Coach Koch. "I'm excited to see his skills transfer to the next level."
Karter Peck (Catcher/OF)  Peck batted .330 last season as a junior with 17 RBI's, 11 SB's with an OBP of .435.

"Karter's natural athleticism is what drew me to him first, said Head Coach Tyler Koch. "He's a versatile player with a lot of power and a plus arm. We're very excited to have Karter Join us."
